The Next Garage48 Passed, Two Weeks Later

As I promised in my previous post, The Story of Creating Cocktail Roulette at Garage48 Startup Bootcamp Weekend, I participated in another Garage48, that happened in August 27-29th, in Tartu. As I am personally Tartu-based, I was actually engaged with the organizing team, but in the beginning of the event, I also decided to jump into helping out one idea Blurt.at, which, I think, is so far the best micropolling site available .

The agree/disagree widget that you see in use in this post, is exactly the micropolling, done with Blurt.at.

But anywais, the Garage48 resulted in 17 cool new projects, that are listed here. The winner by jury was defol.io, and the publics favourite was tagcloudcard.com.

I personally think, that cashmuse.com has also done a great job . They really took down the audience in the end of Garage48. Even jury member Allan Martinson, one of the most prominent Estonian tech investor, said it out loud there that he’d personally invest into this project.

You can find the video recording of the final presentations of the projects from here.
